Where she started

Mia’s bookings were handled outside her own website, and most weeks she was taking them manually through social media instead. That cost her time every week.

The larger opportunity was structural. Because the booking never touched her own site, the site could not earn search visibility for it, and there was no client list of her own to email. The part of the business best placed to compound was sitting somewhere she could not build on.

What we built

A booking system inside her own site, built to two constraints at once: the legislation a beauty salon has to take bookings under, and being simple enough that Mia and her customers would both actually use it. Behind it, a CRM holding her client records and history.

That shipped alongside a full rebrand — strategy, visual, guidelines and static branded content — timed around her opening her own store, so the brand and the system she runs it on arrived together rather than one being retrofitted to the other.

What changed

Bookings now run through her. Search visibility and email marketing are hers to build on, because the booking sits on her domain. There is room in the system to add stylists as she hires, and her client records stay owned by the business whatever it runs on next.

What we built

  • BrandingStrategy, marks, colour and type, delivered as guidelines she can apply herself.
  • WebsiteHer own front door, built to be found for the searches her customers make.
  • Custom booking systemBuilt around salon booking legislation and the way she actually works day to day.
  • CRMClient records and history owned by the business, on infrastructure she controls.
